New Detached Average Sales Price


Average Sales Price: Calculations are based on MLS sold data. Average price is the total dollar volume divided by the total number of sales in a given month. 






New Detached Total Inventory North Vancouver


Total Inventory:  The number of properties available for sale in active status at the end of a given month. Calculations are based on MLS listing data. For this metric, the "12 months" calculation is the average of the most recent 12 months of data.




New Detached Homes Sales


Sales:  A count of the actual sales that closed in a given month. Calculations are based on MLS sold data.





New Detached Sales / Active Ratio


Sales/Actives Ratio: The number of home sales divided by total active inventory for the specified period. Calculations are based on MLS sold data.
