How We Assist Home Buyers

We offer a number of ways to help you search for a home. However, we have over 55 years of real estate experience that you can put to use. Let us know what you want and we will find it for you. Make sure you give us your Name, phone number and e-mail address to get started.

We have excellent resources available to help assist home buyers. We can set your e-mail up to receive automated real estate updates. This unique product known as Private Client Services allows us to instantly create private web-pages displaying property listings pertaining to specific search criteria. We enter in the search criteria and instantly the private web-page will be updated with real-time matches to those criteria. You will be able to tag listings, remove listings to narrow your search, put your favourite homes in a separate folder for quick reference and have access to photos and maps. Fill in our Home Requiremant Checklist and we will set up your email to receive theese updates.

We can send you open house updates specifically to what you are looking for. You don’t need to search the internet or scour through the classifieds to see what homes are open on the weekend. Just tell us what area and homes you are interested in and our website will e-mail you the open houses fitting that criteria.
